Commissions, Payment Plan and FAQ

1. Do you accept payment plans?

I accept payment plans for original paintings. I require 20% down payment initially and then I will mark the painting as sold. Then you can put deposits down every 2-4 weeks over a span of 2-6 months. Message me directly via the contact page to start a payment plan for your favourite painting.

2. Do you take commissions? 

I have taken commissions in the past, but life has been a little extra busy these days so I’ve had to take a pause on commissions for the time being.

 

3.Do you ship internationally? 

Yes, just send me a message and I will get back to you on shipping costs. Currently my website is set to only ship in Canada and the U.S.A., but if you live elsewhere, just send me a message and I can arrange something for you.

4. Do you accept returns?

All sales are final except in the case of damage. If your painting has been damaged, if able, make the courier aware upon receipt. You can email me at info@krystallynnart.com with any problems concerning your order, and I will do my best to fix the issue.

4. What mediums do you use?

I use professional high quality lightfast acrylic paint on canvas or wood blocks with a UV protecting satin or gloss varnish. A wire hanger is installed on all of my pieces sized 11" X 14" and up. A sawtooth hanger or keyhole is on my smaller pieces of art.
